Synopsis
After winning the lottery, the lucky winner’s life turns into a nightmare. Literature Zameo ih vjetar (1939). Comedy? Hmmm… Not like that, not in the style of Cohen or Tarantino. I don’t like comedies, especially French comedies, but this one is definitely worth watching. It’s funny, inventive, brilliant, and bloody – yes, bloody – always surprising. Several different stories, several segments depicting people who have won the lottery – the lottery – but who in return get into a lot of trouble. The first segment is shown before the opening credits. This scheme should have been mentioned much earlier. Anyway, I’ve never heard of anything like it. This story doesn’t make you want to win the Loto bar. But don’t worry, your chance of winning is one in several million. So I think it’s better to lose.
