In US government agencies, including those in the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense, the correct/official explanation of the abbreviation “OBE”; is ‘Overtaken by Events’… I don’t understand all the negativity in the reviews, yes the pacing isn’t in Bourne territory but it’s tense, fantastically acted and keeps your attention.
It would stop any enjoyment of it
Fassbender is excellent again, and unlike most spy dramas, he’s actually quite convincing. I haven’t seen the French original before this , so forgive me if I don’t make a comparison, but it would be a shame if there was a negative comparison.
but honestly I don’t see no problem with that
Maybe the concerns about the pacing come from a culture of over-the-top, it’s probably slow if you want to watch multiple episodes in one sitting. Don’t let the negativity stop you from watching, it’s worth your time.
